This session will provide tools to help participants — and the professionals who guide them — better understand how to translate real-world experiences into compelling, employer-ready resume and interview content.
👩💼 Meet the Presenter: Jessica Hellman
Jessica Hellman is a full-time recruiter for a Maryland-based nonprofit serving adults with intellectual disabilities, with nearly 10 years in the nonprofit sector and 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. She is a Certified Mandt Instructor and recently earned her Instructor Certification in First Aid and CPR from the National Safety Council.
In addition to her recruiting role, Jessica launched her own coaching business, where she supports individuals with:
- Resume development
- Job networking strategies
- Interview skills
- LinkedIn profiles
- Job searching strategies
She works closely with recent high school and college graduates, retirees returning to the workforce, and individuals navigating career transitions. Jessica holds a degree in English and Secondary Education from Immaculata University, bringing both teaching expertise and recruiter insight into this session.
