Associates in our manufacturing facilities learn job skills and receive on-the-job training to help them achieve a fulfilling career and greater independence. Core capabilities include assembly, packaging, sewing, cutting, and kitting. The products we manufacture are sold to the Federal Government and United States Military.
BISM is a proud member of the National Industries for the Blind, an agency that helps implement the AbilityOne Program, manufacturing accessories, janitorial supplies, and office supplies. In addition, we are a leading provider of military uniforms, such as the Army’s Physical Fitness Uniform Jacket, the Air Force and Space Force Fitness Uniform Jacket, the GENIII, Layer IV Wind Shirt, and Army Combat Uniform.
We currently have federal contracts with Federal Prison Industries and DLA Troop Support.
