Braille: The Power of Dots

The event celebrates Braille Literacy Month with interactive stations and activities exploring the history, impact, and modern use of braille. Highlights include braille reading and writing tools, labeling items, refreshable braille displays, historical materials, and a Q&A with braille experts. Celebrate Braille Literacy Month with an interactive evening exploring Braille’s history, impact, and modern use.  Enjoy hands-on demo stations and connect with Braille users and experts.  Hosted by Blind Industries and Services of Maryland and the Maryland State Library for the Blind and Print Disabled.
