About the Program
BISM’s GOLD STAR (Growth, Opportunity, Leadership, and Development through Summer Training, Advocacy, and Readiness) Program is a fully residential, 4-week experience that combines job readiness training with real-world work exposure for students ages 16–21. Students will receive professional mentoring, training, and support throughout the program.
We’re seeking local businesses, nonprofits, and community partners to host an intern and offer flexible, meaningful work opportunities. Students will be paid by BISM and can work part-time on a schedule that works for you—2 to 3 days a week, or more.
