Let’s meet Mark Donohue!

A member of our BISM team for 33 years, Mark works as a Customer Care Specialist for our Customer Service Department at our Baltimore facility.

Some of Mark’s responsibilities include managing sales and customer’s orders, purchasing office supplies, ensuring the delivery of internal office supplies, and operating the switchboard.

Some questions we asked Mark.

Do you have any mentors in your professional life?
My childhood and best friend Brian. We have been friends forever. Not only is he my friend, but he has also been a professional mentor for me. He has one of the best work ethics of anyone I know. I admire him as a professional and I can go to him for all of my work advice. He is always available to lend a listening ear.

What is your favorite place you have traveled to?
Italy! I love the culture, the food, and the historical sites. Not to mention, my maternal grandparents were from Italy which makes my love for Italy even greater. I had the chance to visit Italy in 2019 and I loved it. The Vatican and The Coliseum are just 2 of many historical sites I visited while there. I recommend everyone visit at some point.

If you could play an instrument, what would it be?
Guitar! I would play music influenced from the 70’s and 80’s.

What is your idea of a perfect day?
Hmm. Relaxing on the beach while enjoying good music and good drinks,

What is something you are good at?
I am extremely organized. Organization is something that is important to me. I believe everything has its place.

What is something you are bad at?
I’m not good at operating a motorcycle, but I make a fine passenger!!!
