Join us for an interactive and practical seminar designed for job seekers and professionals who support individuals with disabilities\, especially within the blind and low-vision community.  This session will provide tools to help participants — and the professionals who guide them — better understand how to translate real-world experiences into compelling\, employer-ready resume and interview content. \n👩‍💼 Meet the Presenter: Jessica Hellman\nJessica Hellman is a full-time recruiter for a Maryland-based nonprofit serving adults with intellectual disabilities\, with nearly 10 years in the nonprofit sector and 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. She is a Certified Mandt Instructor and recently earned her Instructor Certification in First Aid and CPR from the National Safety Council. \nIn addition to her recruiting role\, Jessica launched her own coaching business\, where she supports individuals with: \n\nResume development\nJob networking strategies\nInterview skills\nLinkedIn profiles\nJob searching strategies\n\nShe works closely with recent high school and college graduates\, retirees returning to the workforce\, and individuals navigating career transitions.
