Blind Industries offers an innovative rehabilitation training program that teaches real-world survival skills, builds self-confidence and prepares people who are blind or visually impaired for the everyday challenges of family, home, work and personal achievement.

Our programs enable students to regain their sense of independence and dignity. It is the only training program in the state of Maryland that deals exclusively with the unique needs of people who are blind.

The greatest problem faced by people who are blind is not their physical lack of eyesight, but the limiting beliefs society holds about their abilities.
