Return Policy
1. Blind Industries and Services of Maryland backs its products with a 100% guarantee. Merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship.
2. Merchandise can be returned for a full refund, credit against future shipments, or replacement. Blind Industries and Services of Maryland must be notified within 30 days after goods are received by the customer for any warranted returns.
3. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). To obtain the RMA, please call our Customer Success Department at 1-888-322-4567 with explanation for return.
4. All packages must be clearly marked with RMA#.
5. Products returned without the RMA# will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense.
6. RMA#’s will expire 15 business days fro the date of issue.
7. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition.
8. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of retuned items. Shipments must be prepaid. COD shipments will not be accepted.
9. Any necessary restocking charge (20%) will be deducted from the refund due or the credit against future shipments.
10. Customized or specialty products are not returnable.
